Thousands of lawsuits have been filed against AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals for Seroquel side effects.  Over 7,000 cases were transferred into a multi-district litigation (MDL) in the Orlando, Florida U.S. District Court, with Judge Anne C. Conway presiding. The MDL was formed in July 2006 and is now in the process of winding down.  There are also thousands of cases still pending in state courts across the country.
